At ELEDLights, we stand behind the quality of our lighting solutions and offer a 30-day return window for most products to ensure your home or project is perfectly illuminated. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to exchange items or receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and components are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
